John White

Enterprise account leader, business operator, and builder of practical AI-enabled systems.

I have managed an $8M+ B2B portfolio, led a $20M+ multi-state territory, and built White Fox Cleaning to a $300K+ annualized recurring revenue run rate. I do my best work where customer needs, operating reality, and better systems have to come together.

How I create value

Commercial judgment first. Systems depth where it matters.

My career has never fit neatly into one function. I have owned customer relationships, led teams, carried P&L responsibility, launched a new product line, and built the operating infrastructure behind a growing service business.

That range is useful in bridge roles. I can talk with a customer, understand the commercial stakes, trace the operating problem, and work with the people and systems needed to solve it. Technology is part of the toolkit, not the point of the work.

01

Own the relationship

Build trust through clear discovery, honest expectations, disciplined follow-through, and attention to risk.

02

Run the operation

Translate promises into processes people can execute, measure, and improve without losing accountability.

03

Build the system

Use automation and AI selectively, with exact rules, human review, and clear ownership around consequential work.

Selected projects

The work behind the positioning

These are not concept pieces. Each one began with a real operating problem, required a clear ownership decision, and was built for use in a live business or job-search workflow.

Experience

A career built across customers, teams, and operations

Each role added another layer: relationship ownership, P&L leadership, team development, go-to-market execution, and the systems that make work repeatable.

The White Fox story

Ownership sharpened the way I lead.

I built White Fox while performing successfully at HSM for roughly two and a half years. Today, managers and a coordinator handle day-to-day service delivery. I remain responsible for ownership decisions, operating standards, and continued development of the business.

Building a real company changed how I see customer promises, implementation, team capacity, cash flow, and automation. Every system eventually reaches a person who has to use it. That keeps my approach practical.
