Hickory, North Carolina
Enterprise account leader, business operator, and builder of practical AI-enabled systems.
I have managed an $8M+ B2B portfolio, led a $20M+ multi-state territory, and built White Fox Cleaning to a $300K+ annualized recurring revenue run rate. I do my best work where customer needs, operating reality, and better systems have to come together.
How I create value
My career has never fit neatly into one function. I have owned customer relationships, led teams, carried P&L responsibility, launched a new product line, and built the operating infrastructure behind a growing service business.
That range is useful in bridge roles. I can talk with a customer, understand the commercial stakes, trace the operating problem, and work with the people and systems needed to solve it. Technology is part of the toolkit, not the point of the work.
Build trust through clear discovery, honest expectations, disciplined follow-through, and attention to risk.
Translate promises into processes people can execute, measure, and improve without losing accountability.
Use automation and AI selectively, with exact rules, human review, and clear ownership around consequential work.
Selected operating systems
These examples are sanitized. They focus on the operating problem, the decisions behind the system, and the business value without exposing customer, employee, payroll, or proprietary data.
01 / Customer operations
The problem: Customer commitments were spread across quoting, scheduling, billing, communication, and operating teams. Context could get lost at every handoff.
What I built: A structured customer lifecycle that keeps discovery, scope, pricing context, readiness, service setup, communication, and follow-through connected and reviewable.
Why it matters: Better continuity between what a customer was promised and what the operating team needs to deliver.
02 / Workflow reliability
The problem: Important work and integration failures could disappear inside notifications or disconnected tools.
What I built: An operational task framework with clear ownership, lifecycle state, duplicate prevention, readable context, completion proof, and recorded transitions.
Why it matters: Business-critical exceptions stay visible until someone resolves them, and the record shows what happened.
03 / Responsible AI
The problem: Payroll findings needed to be understandable without allowing a language model to calculate or approve pay.
What I built: A strict boundary where deterministic rules produce the findings and AI is limited to a concise owner-facing explanation.
Why it matters: The communication gets easier to review without weakening the evidence or decision controls behind it.
04 / Workflow orchestration
The problem: Opportunity discovery, fit evaluation, tailored materials, follow-up, and application tracking create repetitive work and plenty of room for factual drift.
What I built: A private workflow that collects public opportunities, applies deterministic filters, matches approved career evidence, prepares job-specific materials, tracks the pipeline, and supports browser form filling.
Why it matters: The system handles preparation and recovery work while final submissions, factual answers, and outbound messages remain owner-controlled.
05 / Leadership
The problem: A growing recurring service business needed daily execution to move beyond direct owner involvement without losing accountability.
What I built: A management and coordinator structure supported by operating procedures, training, role expectations, customer workflows, and performance visibility.
Why it matters: Managers lead day-to-day service delivery while the business retains clear operating standards and human responsibility.
Experience
Each role added another layer: relationship ownership, P&L leadership, team development, go-to-market execution, and the systems that make work repeatable.

The White Fox story
I built White Fox while performing successfully at HSM for roughly two and a half years. Today, managers and a coordinator handle day-to-day service delivery. I remain responsible for ownership decisions, operating standards, and continued development of the business.
Building a real company changed how I see customer promises, implementation, team capacity, cash flow, and automation. Every system eventually reaches a person who has to use it. That keeps my approach practical.
